To make purchases on amanecerdeboda.com, the user must be of legal age and have full legal capacity to contract.
3. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Once the purchase is confirmed and payment is sent, it is understood that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms and conditions of sale, as you must check the box indicating your agreement to continue processing the order. This acceptance is binding.
These general terms and conditions of sale are the only applicable terms and supersede any other conditions, unless previously, expressly, and in writing repealed.
Registration of your order constitutes a contract and establishes the date thereof. Amanecerdeboda.com reserves the right to modify or adapt these general terms and conditions of sale; the terms published on the date of each order will apply.
4. ORDER CANCELLATION
Amanecerdeboda.com reserves the right to cancel an order in the following cases:
- When there are well-founded suspicions that it is being placed fraudulently
- For reasons beyond our control that prevent a cordial business relationship
- When an unforeseen stock shortage occurs and we are unable to supply the ordered item(s)
Fraudulent Orders
An order will be considered fraudulent when, for example, several items with similar characteristics are ordered, such as several pairs of similar shoes in the same size, with the intention of operating in a manner similar to a physical store (keeping one pair or none and returning all the others).
Upon receiving the order, we will analyze it, and if we detect an attempt at fraud, it will be canceled. If payment has already been made, a full refund will be issued immediately.
5. ITEM AVAILABILITY
Any of the items in our online store may become unavailable at any time, without us having time to notify you, although this is unlikely.
If an order has been processed to completion and payment has been made, and some items are found to be unavailable without prior notice, amanecerdeboda.com will refund the full price of the out-of-stock item(s) as soon as possible, or, if the customer prefers, exchange it for another item of the same price from the store, at the customer's choice.
Once the order has been processed and paid for, it will be prepared. This constitutes a binding contract and cannot be canceled, except in the circumstances described above.
6. SHIPPING OF GOODS
Standard shipping costs are specified when the order is processed.
Delivery Process
The order will be delivered in person, via a transport agency, or by certified mail. At that time, you will need to sign the delivery document, presenting identification, or using any other method used by the transport agency.
If you are not at the address or if delivery cannot be made for other reasons, the transport agency will contact you to arrange an alternative delivery date, or we will deliver your order to a collection point. Deliveries will be made on the first attempt to the address specified in the order.
Non-Delivery Due to Customer's Fault
If, due to reasons attributable to the customer, the order cannot be delivered or is not collected, it will be returned to amanecerdeboda.com. The amount paid will be refunded immediately, less shipping and return costs and a penalty of 50% of the total order amount to cover shipping, return, and restocking fees.
Delivery Times
Amanecerdeboda.com will always make every effort to ensure that the merchandise is delivered on the agreed dates. However, as a transport agency is involved, not everything depends on us.
If delivery is not made due to force majeure not attributable to amanecerdeboda.com (for example, if the merchandise is lost or delayed by the shipping company) within thirty days of the order confirmation date, the buyer may cancel the order, terminating the contract without any right to subsequent claims by either party, unless amanecerdeboda.com and the customer have agreed to another date. Amanecerdeboda.com will refund the full amount of the order or the amount paid up to that point.
If an item in your order is temporarily or permanently unavailable, this will not affect the delivery of the rest of your shipment.
7. PRICES
Prices are valid and are as marked on each item, except in the case of typographical or other errors. In such cases, the incorrect price will be invalid, and the order may be canceled with a full refund.
Amanecerdeboda.com reserves the right to modify product prices whenever it deems necessary.
8. WARRANTIES, REFUNDS, AND RETURNS
Amanecerdeboda.com wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If we send you a different item than the one you ordered, amanecerdeboda.com will cover the return shipping costs and the cost of delivering the correct item.
Defective or Damaged Products
To avoid problems: If any of your items arrive unusable or defective, you must indicate "pending verification" on the delivery note you sign for the carrier.
If you find anything broken or damaged upon opening your package, you must report it within 24 hours of delivery, either to the shipping company or to amanecerdeboda.com.
Only in that case will amanecerdeboda.com cover the shipping costs of the new item and the return shipping costs of the defective item. Alternatively, if you prefer, the purchase price will be refunded once we receive the item at our facilities.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned due to their nature:
- Lingerie or corsetry items
- Earrings, headpieces, and hair accessories
- Veils, mantillas, and boleros in general, as well as those ordered in custom sizes (i.e., outside the sizes indicated in the product description)
- Bridal skirts, trousers, and jumpsuits: made to order. Size exchanges are permitted only in exceptional circumstances
Special note for boleros: We accept size or style exchanges if this intention is expressed within 24 hours of receipt, as this is a formal item with special characteristics that may be worn and then returned.
- Footwear ordered in a special color or style: To ensure the item meets the customer's requirements, one or more photos showing the characteristics of the ordered item may be sent, which the customer will accept as proof of conformity.
Conditions for All Other Items
If you are not satisfied with the item, you have fourteen calendar days (including Saturdays and Sundays) from the time of receipt to return it.
- The price of the item will be refunded using the same payment method used
- If you paid via bank transfer, you must include your bank account number with your return request
- Return shipping costs (€14.00) will be deducted from the refund amount
- The item must be returned in its original packaging and in perfect condition
- We will not accept or refund items that are dirty, used, missing their original packaging, or that show any other signs of fraud
- Every returned item is systematically and thoroughly inspected
- The maximum time for any claim is 30 days
You must send us the order reference number for the item you wish to return via email or by calling our customer service line.
Special Conditions for Shoes and Espadrilles
Due to the special characteristics of these items and the high standards demanded by customers in this sector:
- Orders for multiple pairs of shoes with the intention of trying them on, keeping them at home for 14 days, and then returning them will not be accepted
- This business operates exclusively online; therefore, its operation is not the same as that of a physical store
- If, upon return of the shoes, we observe any marks on the sole or any other part of the shoe, a refund will not be issued
- The customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs so that we can send the item back to their address
- Failure to pay these costs will result in the loss of the right to a refund and the item
Special Conditions for Bridal Espadrilles
Our espadrilles are unique and handcrafted. Preparing each pair requires several hours of work, and we make them to order.
It is strictly prohibited, and we will not accept any order that includes multiple pairs of espadrilles for viewing or trying on, with the intention of returning them. Only one pair may be returned or exchanged.
If you order more than one pair, we will only accept the return of one.
