We ship to all European countries and the United Kingdom.

Delivery Times

Preparation time: 3-10 working days
Delivery time: 3-8 working days (depending on destination country)

Total estimated time: 6-18 working days from order confirmation

Important Shipping Information

  • Delivery times may vary depending on product availability and destination
  • You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped
  • Deliveries are made Monday to Friday during business hours
  • Someone must be present to receive the package and sign the delivery note
  • If you are not available at the time of delivery, the transport agency will contact you to arrange a new date or delivery to a collection point

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are automatically calculated during the checkout process based on destination and order weight.

IMPORTANT: Shipping costs are NON-REFUNDABLE under any circumstances.

Return Period

You have 14 calendar days from receipt of your order to request a return (except for non-returnable items specified in our Terms and Conditions).

Return Process

To process any return, it is MANDATORY to follow these steps:

  1. Send return request by email:

    • Include your order number
    • Indicate the item(s) you wish to return
    • Specify the reason for return

  2. Wait for approval:

    • Our team will review your request
    • You will receive a confirmation email with return instructions
    • Do not send any items without our prior authorization

  3. Prepare the package:

    • The item must be in perfect condition
    • In its original packaging
    • Without signs of use

  4. Send the package:

    • Use a shipping method with tracking
    • Keep proof of shipment

Return Conditions

✓ The item must be unused, unwashed, and in perfect condition
✓ Must include all original tags
✓ Must be in its original packaging
✓ Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility (€14.00)

Refunds

  • Once the returned item is received and verified, we will process your refund
  • Refund timeframe: 7-14 working days from verification
  • Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for purchase
  • Return shipping costs (€14.00) will be deducted from the total amount
  • Original shipping costs are NON-REFUNDABLE

Note: If you paid by bank transfer, you must include your IBAN account number in the return request.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items CANNOT be returned:

  • Lingerie and corsetry
  • Earrings, headpieces, and hair accessories
  • Veils, mantillas, and boleros (except exchanges within 24h)
  • Custom-made items
  • Footwear with signs of use

Size Exchange Policy

For bridal trousers, bridal skirts, and bridal jumpsuits, ONLY size exchanges are accepted. Returns with refund are not permitted for these items.

Size Verification Process

  1. After placing your order:

    • Our team will contact you
    • We will verify your measurements and size before shipping
    • This ensures you receive the most suitable size

  2. If you need to exchange the size:

    • You must follow the email request process indicating you want a size exchange
    • The item must be returned following the same conditions as all other items (unused, original tags, original packaging)
    • Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility (€14.00)
    • Shipping of the new size (one time only) will be covered by the store

Important

  • Only ONE size exchange per item is allowed
  • Size exchange is subject to stock availability
  • The returned item must be in perfect condition
  • Returns with refund are not accepted, only size exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or model (except for bridal trousers, skirts, and jumpsuits which only allow size exchanges), you must follow the same return process and indicate it in your email request.
